"I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was the first time I’ve experienced a lack of basic housekeeping service. My room was not tidied, the bed was not made, and the trash was not removed during my stay. When I called the front desk, I was told there was a notice on the bathroom mirror. However, the sign only mentioned that linens would be refreshed every three days or upon request to conserve water—it did not clearly communicate that standard daily housekeeping would not be provided.
Additionally, there was a dog in a nearby room that barked continuously. I reported it to the front desk and was told that multiple guests had complained and that staff had personally verified the issue. While I appreciate that they attempted to contact the room and escalate it to management, the situation was never resolved.
Between the constant barking and significant highway noise, it made it very difficult to get any rest. Unfortunately, due to these issues, my overall experience was disappointing."
