"I've stayed here many times with zero complaints however I reserved #2 Queen beds and when I went to the room after check in, I found 1 King bed. When I went to the front desk, the 2 women acknowledged that indeed I had reserved 2 queens and "somehow" it got changed. They tried to call 2 separate ..."
