"Getting out of the car there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot where the staff would go out and smoke and throw them down, The hotel immediately stunk like dog when you walk in. (I didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel before booking) The elevator didn’t work properly, took you 10 tries just to get the door shut. They masked the smell of dog with cheap wall fragrances that gagged you bc it was too strong, the floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped since the place...
