"Great staff"

"So I tried to check in and told them I am handicap and have a bad knee. The staff was very confrontational and rude and ended up putting me in a room in the 3rd floor. Had to walk what seemed like a half mile to get to the elevator she said worked just for it not to work. I finally make it up the stairs in excruciating pain and the room reaks of weed! Call em and tell them I want another room. They acted like it’s just the biggest inconvenience in the world, especially that chubby manager boy,...

"I did not get to stay Expedia messed up and canceled my reservation and they had my money and I had no room and 3 kids and my daughter that grown and I had no more money and they refusing to help and I told them so what these babies got to sleep in a car over yall messed up and she said well you will get your money is 7 to 10 days so how that hero is now I need it now are yall get a room but refused and keep lifting to use on ovine all kinds of lies to not have to help is my daughter uses them...

"Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!"
