"Great hotel in a nice location! My mom, sister and I stayed for 4 nights and loved how clean it was. The only thing that might need a little love is the jacuzzi, but with the hot/humid weather most people went for the pool, including us. We walked to the parks and had zero issues finding them. When we would come back to our rooms we found our beds made and room cleaned daily which was much appreciated after long days of walking! We would definitely come back :)"

"I like the brand and the facilities. My only gripe is they charged me $20 to park in a half full parking lot. This is simply a way to gouge customers and doesn't increase the quality of the services in any way. It's really no different than a resort fee which is the same thing, a gouge."

"We had a holiday home in the greater Orlando area. Booked portofino for 2 nights to be closer to Universal and use the express passes. We’ve done this at the hard rock twice before, wanted to try something different. We were pleased with the choice. Nice big rooms, adjoining for our family. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear other guests at all"
