"Respectful Staff Very kind Only negative is there’s no microwave in the room, however a microwave was available to use in the lobby"

"The Staff was absolutely phenomenal now the cleanliness of the facility was atrocious the was a Toyota SUV in the parking garage filled with garbage and the smell from it coming of the Elevator was enough to make my wife to vomit in the spot"

"My fiancé and I love it here! That’s all"

"Hot water clean amenities great food good staff Thank you"

"Very clean with good personnel."

"We got stuck in the "other building" which is the old hotel. Probably built in the 70s. It was musty and looked like mold on the AC unit. There is no insulation between the walls and we were woken up by neighbors around 2am. The beds are old and firm. It was clean but just old carpet and AC unit not cleaned forever. I pulled out the filter which was covered in dust and black spots. We all had congestion upon leaving. The newer building looks much nicer but beware if they are busy you could be...

"The employees go out of their way,in true Pgh fashion!"

"Everything was great. Food, pool, Hot tub! Loved our stay."

"Wonderful restored property with a cool outdoor courtyard. Included complementary shuttle service in the evenings to/from the downtown. Breakfast offerings were limited but tasty."
