"Met a few other families for our time in Chicago, would not say this was good for having smaller children. Nice property, had good pools and grounds, but, would not allow food not purchased at the hotel outside or at the pool…and if you have small kids and picky eaters this was not good. We had a day we hung around with the other families and wanted to have pizza in a common area but were told we could not, so ended up cramped in one families room"

"The property definitely needs to be upgraded. The room was fine, clean but the exterior looks like an old college dorm. The elevators have not been inspected in 2-3 years. The restaurant food and buffet were a 3.5 out of 5."
