"The location and the lobby were very nice with ample seating for relaxing. Nice view from pool and lobby. The only negative was that we didn’t expect that we would be located in a second building not attached to the main amenities so may be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Also no microwaves in the rooms! Other than those to items it was a great place and I would certainly stay again."

"We stayed at Cable Mountain Lodge for two nights. The lodge itself was great, and the location inside Zion was absolutely amazing and incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a very unpleasant surprise when we arrived. After already paying for our hotel, we were told we had to pay $100 per person to get through the gate and access our accommodations. For our family, that meant an unexpected $300, plus an additional $35 fee. We were completely shocked. This was not a small incidental charge—it was hundreds of dollars in additional costs simply to reach a hotel we had already booked and paid for. Most frustrating was that this was not clearly communicated to us beforehand. By the time we learned about the charge, we had travelled to Zion, had a prepaid reservation, and were standing at the gate with little choice but to pay. The lodge and location were wonderful, but guests should be clearly informed of substantial additional access costs before booking, not when they arrive. This lack of transparency unfortunately left a very negative impression on an otherwise great stay."

"Rhiannon at the front desk was personable, polite and made my check in effortlessly comfortable. She identified my access to amenities information and regularly asked about my stay and satisfaction. Housekeeping staff made me feel welcome and were excellent at providing me anything needed for my stay as well. Beautiful location and nice local attractions, well appointed and maintained property. A great value outside of ski season allowing me the opportunity to extend my stay. Five stars!!"

"I loved the property but there was no power for 5 hours on August 27 .Couldn't take a shower or get dinner. I love that we were 3 minutes away from zion .Would definitely recommend the property."
