"Es un lugar muy seguro, el personal es muy atento y dispuesto siempre a colaborar, yo pedí la opción de desayuno incluido, esta muy bueno, la ubicación es perfecta para visitar sitios en Madrid sin necesidad de transporte."

"The room and bathroom were, to my surprise, very clean. There was AC in the rooms, and it was comfortable. The kitchen was useful and well-equipped. In my opinion, there should have been soap at the sinks, and the wifi didn't really work for me. Otherwise, nice value overall."

"The room for two individuals was rather cramped. There was no window that could be opened, and the sole window faced the hallway. When someone passed by, the hallway lights remained illuminated and bright for approximately 10-15 minutes. The small curtain on the window was inadequate and offered no assistance. The room was too stuffy to allow for comfortable sleep. Additionally, the shower area was quite confined. The shower curtain consistently adhered to wet skin due to the limited space...
