"As many travelers mentioned, this was a great hotel. Renovated room was not only the cleanest but also functional -- to say nothing of plenty of hot water for a shower and drainage for the bathroom. Small refrigerator and microwave allows us to take every dinner in the room. But, the real highlight was staff and their can-do attitude. Breakfast was very good and social hour in early evening was a nice touch. That said, they keep thinking what would make travelers happy as a priority.
Airport shuttle was superb; however, I would like to point out one small incident on this. When we call and ask a shuttle bus to the hotel, the number we found on everywhere goes to the reservation (not to the front desk straight). As a result of this, the personnel who take your call may forget to dispatch a shuttle bus. We ended up waiting more than 25 min and made another call, which I asked to forward the call to the front desk this time. Apparently, our original request did not go through! Nonetheless, there were plenty of "good stuffs" there for us to choose this hotel. Thank you very much once again."
