"Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. "

"This hotel is amazing and good value for money. Great location in the centre of town in the shopping district and just a short walk to the ferry terminal and the train stations. All the staff were very helpful and are able to offer tips on things to do in Como. The room was pleasant - nespresso machine, kettle and tea and coffee included. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new, modern, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. It is only about a 10 minute walk down to the city center, which makes it easy to reach everything while still staying in a quieter area. "Nice property, which is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and amenities on Lake Como. Staff was very helpful and the room was very well appointed. However, I recommend that if you are a light sleeper, you avoid the first floor and terrace rooms. The room itself is very nice however located right next to the breakfast area and lobby, which made it quite noisy."

"My wife and I had a great 3 night stay at the Bello! Lake Como Suites. The location was perfect, right across the street from the bay and ferry terminal, close to all the shops, cafe's and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from Como Lago train station. We stayed in the junior suite which was spacious and well appointed. Perfectly clean and serviced daily. Great water pressure in the shower and instant piping hot water.
