"I booked my stay online and selected to pay at the property when I arrived and though I selected the given option to pay at the property because they still chose to run my card on file, my stay was canceled that I had a whole week in advance to my trip and was never notified that because the attempted charge did not go through my stay was canceled until I arrived at the hotel for check-in and was given no help to resolve this matter.
until I came back inside the building over 40 minutes later for them to tell me all of a sudden they had an available room, the same exact type of room I booked online prior to coming. The lack of help, concern or initiative to solve this matter from the front desk, staff was truly unprofessional to deal with"
