"Maid service unlocked our door to come in when we were sleeping. It was NOT check out day. I had to sit up and tell the lady that we were in the room. Dirty diapers and trash at pool. Same trash throughout our 3 days there. Staff not knowledgeable. Pillows are flat. Mold on trim beside tub. Faucet broken but still functional. Could see daylight with door closed due to an apparent break in at our room. Smells moldy/musty/old. Definitely needs major upgrades. Floors not bad but need refilled in...

"The room looked like the pictures with very few blemishes. The only problem we had was the head board was seemingly detached from the bed and the door was hard to close. The amenities were almost non existent. For the amount of the rooms, paying to use outdated washer and dryers were a major turn off. But if this is local owned or small investor, I would say - just make it a provided service for free or non at all...especially if you can't provide quality equipment."

"The lady that checked me in was rude,there was no fridge or microwave,the floors was dirty, couldn't watch anything on the TV, remote was broke,l would not recommend this for anyone,had to get help from the office to open the door when we left and came back because the door would jam😡"

"This was not a pleasant stay. It will super loud and the staff was not helpful at all. The breakfast was cramped and small. Not a good selection and too many people taking up everything. The room had thin walls so noise was an issue when trying to sleep. Would not go back to this place. Arkansas was great but pick a better place to stay."

"The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs."

"The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. The carpet was nasty and did not look like it had been vacuumed in days. Breakfast was a nightmare. Thw lady managing the breakfast area was...

"Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance."

"No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back."
