"first 2 nights our smoke detector chirped all night and i reported it asap that first morning, i was told it would be looked at, we came back to the hotel and didnt notice anything, but was woken up several times so finally around 4am i went to the desk and told them and was told he would report it but nothing he could do for me. That next morning i asked the front desk guy if anything was said and he said no and wanted to know if i was in the same room still. ( well yeah nobody offered anything...

"No breakfast, there was no food. Coffee out. Staff only refilled everything when a customer came to front desk. 3rd floor hallway smelled like marijuana. We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected."

"The pool was closed; we were directed to use the pool at the property next doors. The carpets were sticky and damp in the rooms. There were air fresheners laid on tables throughout the halls and room as if it were a smoking floor previously."

"On the affordable end of a stay, and would appear nice on initial entry however immediately on exiting the elevator, the 2nd floor smelled overwhelmingly like urine and the smell of our room was hard to stomach. Visibly the room looks decent, but our hairdryer plug was covered in roach feces and we saw an active live cockroach in the room. It happens, just be cautious of what you carry in if you must. "We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit...

"Had the worst stay ever!!!! They had traps in the room, one behind the toilet and one behind the sink area, oh my gosh it was big azz freaking spiders in them among other stuff, I literally didn’t sleep inside I went outside and slept in my car and the highway was right by it so I got up and left. The room was so old and it was mold everywhere and stains everywhere. The bed had holes all over the blanket and sheets with pillows that were literally brown. Along with stains of whoever knows on it...
