"The pool was nice but no one was there togive towels or keep the floors and elevators clean. This left a damp smell everywhere. Even the lobby chairs were soaking wet. I made the mistake of sitting in one. My entire rear end was wet for hours. No place to change. Checkin took hours."

"Breakfast foot quality was fair. Room displayed on Expedia showed different room that what was provided. No table or kitchen. Pool staff was excellent. Patio had bird poop and was small. One water slide and one hot tub were not functional. Food in restaurant overpriced and only fair quality. "

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior."

"Killing six cockroaches between the kitchen and the bathroom. Been nice to know the outside door open into the bedroom. The balcony had no door. Will not recommend to anyone. "

"Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not...

"Stay was great, everything as described. We really enjoyed our stay overall although we did have noisy neighbors before and after quiet time. This is our second stay here and plan for future visits. "

"Very welcoming to pets. Had a partial view of the ocean. Everything was ok until I was ate up by bedbugs. I was only given 5 dollars to wash all of our stuff and only refunded half of my money back when we left to purchase a different hotel after washing absolutely EVERYTHING. Lost 2 days of vacay because of this!"
