Beautiful place but the air conditioning was not functioning. This is an issue when it’s hot out and you can’t sleep. After numerous attempts to get it fixed, it was not which made for sleepless nights. The host was friendly but sadly didn’t solve the problem after multiple texts and emails. Although it seems like a small thing, I was not as the noise and lack of AC made it brutal to sleep.

The location was amazing! What a wonderful view! You are close to everything. All the restaurants, shopping, ferries, even the grocery store with the miserable cashiers. (No joke) The room was very clean but a bit smaller than what I expected. Nice shower . There is a step to go down in the room, just past the bathroom that I kept forgetting about especially if you get up during the night. I almost fell . It needs to have lights indicating it is there. My boyfriend too almost fell. Also when I booked, I didn’t realize all the stairs to climb. About 60 if I counted correctly. There is no elevator. I managed and I am 62 years old. It is a very nice place. The room has a small fridge, kettle, coffee and tea.

Palms was amazing! The location is perfect and the host was super helpful! Just FYI you will need 30 euros in cash for the cleaning service and tax! Other than that it was spectacular!

The best part had to be the location, next to everything you need, ferries, old town, cafes restaurants etc. Windows keep out all the noise from such a busy promenade which was a big plus for getting sleep! Room has AC and WiFi. The rooms are on the 3rd floor as previous visitors have mentioned and there is no lift. Room was a bit smaller than expected but manageable. The hosts will meet you there if you give them your arrival time, as they live off site. We did message in advance but also had to call when we got there. Initially we had only been given hand towels but this was rectified by the next morning. The hosts said he would give us recommendations on WhatsApp but he didn’t. You can leave your packed suitcase in the hallway if you have a later flight.

Checking in and finding the place was difficult. There is no office on site. You must call the manager and then they come over. The signage is small. We walked around and around trying to find the place. Deni was fantastic and when we called the staff to have them show us how the air conditioning worked they came as requested. Room is small. Beds were firm. Location is excellent.

The view from our room is gorgeous, look out to the habour. Short walking distance to the old town and ferry/bus terminal. Highly recommend.

Our room at Palms promenade was the triple and it was amazing! The largest room I’ve ever had in Europe with two queen beds in separate areas and a pullout sofa. Views of the promenade were amazing. So glad we stayed there!

The location is excellent and the specific room was clean and spacious with an amazing view. The check in and actual alley to enter the building seem sketchy as well the security code doesn’t seem very secure. Despite booking a room for 3 adults that “sleeps 8” we had no bedding for a pull out couch because “3 people need 2 beds”. We didn’t discover there was no additional bedding for us to make up one of the couches until it was too late to remedy it.

We loved the room and the location. It was close to everything and the view was perfect. Toma was excellent and was waiting to meet us when we arrived. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there were 3 larger boxes and 2 large packages of toilet paper in the hall outside our room for the entire 4 nights we stayed. There were also 2 bags of dirty laundry left outside the door to our hall. It started out with 1 bag of laundry on the first day and a second smaller bag of dirty laundry joined it the second day we were there and both were still there when we checked out.

The room was really nice. It was clean with a comfortable bed, jacuzzi bathtub and heated floors in the bathroom. Awesome location, literally steps from the promenade. Checkin with Toma was smooth and he was so helpful. Wish we could've stayed longer.
