주인 아저씨가 매우 친절했어요. 주차도 가능해서 매우 편리해요. 방은 사진처럼 깔끔했고 위치도 스플리트 중심지와 멀지 않았어요.

this place is very close to a sandybeach and park as well as very close tothe old town and amazing restaurants the room is absolutely stunning with high quality furnishings and fixtures and the host was amazing as all the other reviews stayed i would not hesitate to book this place we figure it was one of the best places we staued on our holiday and the price was low considering the quality of sercice location and comfort

Raphael and Drazen were very accommodating hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. I forgot my speaker there and they met up with me to deliver it back. The location is right by the boardwalk and central to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

This wasn’t your typical “hotel”. We were struggling to find something affordable during the busy July month in Split, most hotels were double if not triple the price of Boutique Sailor rooms. We were skeptical at first because of the great price but after reading the reviews and staying there for 5 nights ourselves, we totally get the hype now! This “hotel” was more like a mix of a hotel & an airbnb. The room felt exactly like a hotel but there is no lobby, no staff on the premises and certainly no room service (sort of). The hosts (a husband and a wife) were incredible. All the communication is done via WhatsApp. They were able to pick us up from the bus station and drop us off at the airport all free of charge (of course we tipped). The “hotel” is located on a relatively busy street but you’d never know it once you’re inside. It’s located in a building of roughly 3 levels (no elevator) but the rooms are situated just up one flight of stairs. There’s 3 boutique sailor rooms and they are all right next to each other. The layouts are thoughtfully designed and we got lucky and got one with a balcony. The hosts are available to give recommendations, bring you breakfast, extra towels, clean the room, etc…just like a hotel. The only difference is instead of calling the lobby, you message the host via WhatsApp. They are super responsive and soooooo nice. Highly recommend this stay!

Perfect Place

This was a great place and run extremely well. It was in pristine condition in terms of cleanliness and decor. Raphael, who runs the place, was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. Coffee and tea are included and there is a mini bar available but there are so many restaurants around you won’t need it. It’s a very, very easy walk to all the main tourist spots without having to stay right in the middle of it all.

As a solo traveler this was a great location that not only felt safe but gave me time to recharge. The room was bigger than imagined (which is always plus) and despite being semi street level the windows are sound proof, with black out shutters. Small grocery store across the road and an easy walk to the main strip of Split. After leaving I rebooked another stay, high recommend.

You will not be disappointed!

I'm already looking forward to staying at Sailor Boutique Rooms again. We weren't sure what to expect when we booked this place, but our expectations were exceeded once we got to experience it. The craftsmanship and quality of the materials used in the renovation were noticeable. The host was a pleasure to work with, and we will be recommending this place to anyone we know if their journey takes them to Split.

appartement bien conçu et bien aménagé. La chambre est un peu petite néanmoins. pas d'eau chaude quand on est venu mais j'imagine que c'est réglé depuis. pas mal situé mais il y a plus proche du centre néanmoins. un peu chère.

Lovely room for a short stay.

Stayed for a quick overnight in Split, it's conveniently located a short 12-15min walk from the Old town. Its clean and tidy although the host needs you to confirm a lot of information about arrival so that they can meet you so you need to keep that in mind. There is parking on the street if you have a car but it's first come first served, public street parking. The room was fine for a night or two, just ensure the air con is working before you let the greeter leave. Bathroom is clean and nice, towels etc all fine. They have a mini bar but shops and bars are not too far away either. The town is beautiful in the summer so well worth a trip regardless of where you stay. Overall I can recommend and would stay again.

Room is absolytely stunning and soundproof as well. You won't hear the street traffic. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom spacious as well. 8 min walk to the beach and 15 min to Old town Split. There's no reception but host made sure i had everything I needed. Parking is tricky on the street but free. The building on the outside looks old and could use some paint. Overall good value for money.

Excellent review from a teacher in New Orleans

The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location. You're about a 10 minute walk from a couple of beaches and also the old town. The gentlemen who owned the hotel is very friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was really comfortable and had everything we needed, including a mini-bar. The balcony in our room was nice to have. One thing I'll say is that if you need to have a 24 hour front desk, it's not that kind of hotel. It's the new style of European hotel where it's a few nice rooms in an apartment building. While they didn't have a concierge or anything, they were in touch via Whatsapp and made sure that you weren't in need of towels or anything else. Very good service and I would stay there again.

Beautiful accomodation close to the beach

Beautiful rooms, designed to the highest quality and luxury, perfect location only a few minutes walk to the beach and harbour and our host was so friendly and helpful and organised taxi services for us so we can easily get around. I can highly recommend to stay here!
