"Front desk man was the most melancholy person I have ever experienced at a hotel. Not helpful or even engaging. Every time we walked by he was on his phone and looked like he hated life. Our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel, so we heard the door slamming constantly. I mentioned it to said front desk man the morning we checked out, to which he replied, “Oh really?” Not an apology or how can we make this better. "Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location"

"Great bed! Comfy and enjoyed the king size. Water for showers was HOT. Would not recommend leaving children unattended in the tub. $28 a night for parking (only available in the garage, unless you find street parking somewhere). Room was ok clean, but there was hair in the shower that wasn't ours. Skipped the minimum $10 breakfast, Starbucks is in the cafe entrance though. We stayed for a concert in the Spokane arena. About a 10-15 minute walk, going through Riverfront Park."
