"Okay, firstly, the main overhead shower didn't function and seconndly the torch railings with washing lines are installed back to front. Consequently, you cannot hang out your clothes to dry and have to go oltside the chalet. My opinion, vastly overpriced for the room. However the receptionist was exceptionally good! The pool was also very clean and ergonomic!"

"Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! Location was perfectly central, delicious brunch was just steps away and the town centre was a few minutes out. I hope that we return to...
