"Let me first say that I am not a bougie hotel guest. I need a clean place to lay my head with decent water pressure for a shower. This hotel was fairly clean and the check-in went pretty smooth (the night time crew is much more friendly and helpful). My biggest issue was the ONE luggage cart was being used, so me and my two kids had to lug everything in ourselves. "I reserved a room for 4 adults & 2 kids, and was given a 1 King Size bed room with a small sleepr sofa that would only fit 2 kids. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, I was told that that's all they had. Our room only had towels for 3 people, and no bedding for the sleeper sofa. I went back downstairs and told them that offering that room to ANYONE is offensive!! They gave me a card to check 2 other rooms. "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! the homeless run in an out of the property all day and all night, rooms smell like they’ve been getting smoked in since the 1500s, trash all over the parking lot, stained amenities, overall was a HORRIBLE experience.
