"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. "Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready.
The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room).
When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions.
I would never stay...

"It’s a great stay for work. The bar tender was so nice only downfall for our stay was the rooftop was under construction so couldn’t grab drinks up there. Other than that it’s a good location! "
