"The room was dirty , the carpets in the room was all stained , they never came to clean the room after the 1st night and claimed the cleaning staff was not available, all the elevators were dirty with hand prints all over the place and dirty and stain floors"

"There are two things to be highlighted. We found urine in the toilet that hadn't been flushed. The other issue is, when water is being used in the bathroom of another room (maybe upstairs or next door), the water pipes in my room make a whistling sound—it is very noisy, especially at night."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
