Extremely Overpriced Window opened directly to wall No natural light Poor service Non co operative staff, especially room service. Denied a simple request of preparing chapati for kid. Had to go outside for dinner

Looks can be deceptive

I stayed in hotel during end of Jan 2023. Booked online seeing the photos and few good reviews. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable feeling. Food is good. Other noticeable concerns: The Hotel is situated away from the Market/City center area. By looks the hotel looks great and If looks can be deceptive then this is the best example. I Stayed for 1.5 days and both days there was no power whole day. It was freezing cold weather (24Jan) but they do not provide room heater/Blower, AC is supposed to work as blower *But there was no power - So no AC*. The Lift got stuck due to power failure my family was stuck for good 10 minutes. The Hotel staff was not even aware that the power has gone and someone is stuck in the lift - Lift alarm button was not working in power failure - This is a Sever safety concern. The restaurant does not have any heater/Blower.

Sorry to say but stay was terrible. This review is about hotel we stayed in not the site ( Hotel.com) I booked this because of rating and pics of room that have on site and when I went there they showed me totally different room and when i said this not the room i booked because it’s different from pics. Their answer was this is India and I’m not going to get what i have seen in pics. They charged me doubled of the price and after that too I didn’t get even clean sheets and comforter. There was cigarette bud in empty water bottle on bed side. I don’t now when they have cleaned that room last time. Never ever book this hotel. Hotel was fancy but services were horrible. After this horrible experience I booked another one in half price and this hotel is super clean and have awesome services.
