"Laura was amazing. She guided us through WhatsApp, we were lost, then met us in front of the apartment. She gave us detailed instructions for getting into the apartment, which is beautiful. It was very clean, well lit and very tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is right on the square with an ice skating rink and little shops. "The location was excellent for sites, hop on hop off, taxi service, food and suivniers. It was clean and the staff was very nice. Rooms are simple beds and towels ok. Community frige, limited TV channels none in English, elevator is small and is usually only available to go up. To go down with bags you go down steps to bring elevator up load it and go down. Must follow printed directions in elevator."

"Brand new, well located in the middle of everything but quietly tucked between a block of buildings. This is typical of Warsaw architecture. Old town is a quick walk away. Many museums are a close walk. The restaurant is high end. Rooms and beds are magnificent. There is a rooftop bar which is popular and small, so there is usually a wait. Lovely bikes available and other amenities. I always stay here on my Warsaw trips."

"Loved the place. Look for their sign behind the gate and then everything will go well. I liked having my own bathroom and the windows open to let fresh air in. The windows are big and the room large. There is a fridge. It took me one evening to figure out the mechanics of the place. Some keys turn right, some left. If you are from the States, the light system is different, No switches. A great place in a great location. A pastry shop across the street and coffee shop one block away."

"Hotel is in a residential area, down the hill from the old town. We liked the peace and quiet. There is a great grocery store and coffee shop just round the corner. The hotel itself is not quite as quant as I expected. It was a bit of a maze, room we were in was modern, idiosyncratic decor."
