"We loved how hospitable and friendly everyone was from the front desk attendants, elevator repairmen, dining hostesses, management and hotel attendant! Everyone rocked! However, Lucy in the dining area was beyond exceptional! She was friendly, funny and genuine and went way above any of our expectations!
