"Staff was great. I dropped and broke a glass in the lobby bar area. The ladies tending bar could not have been more pleasant. They wouldn’t let me help clean up and helped me feel a little less embarrassed by it. All workers at the hotel were great."
"Since they are right next to an arena they have a lot of concert business. They were a little behind in turning over rooms but they comped us breakfast the next day. They were Super nice and took good care of us. I would definitely stay there again."

The building is impeccably preserved, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. There is a lovely courtyard with a fountain and plenty of seating.
