"We arrived in Dublin for my birthday. The next day while going to a birthday dinner, we were robbed by immigrants in Dublin. They stole my phone and my wallet. I had to make calls to cancel everything. It completely ruined our trip there we were with no money. and no credit cards the night manager was so kind. He ordered a pizza and gave us €20 until I could get some wired money they went way beyond the call of duty. I’d like to add that the drinks were fabulous and the dinners on the menu were delicious. "

Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kitty at the front desk gave us some places to visit and would ask about our experience which made the stay very welcoming!!
