The parking coordination was fabulous. We were directed exactly where and how to park, It may sound annal but it worked beautifully. The room was clen, the AC was not annoyingly loud. The location was primo. The view from the community balcony was fantastic. It was a view of the river, street traffic and people watching.

The Best Western Bayfront is best place to stay in the Historic District of St. Augustine. Just park your car on their lot and you can walk all over the District. We have been staying their for at least 8 years and just love to stay there. The whole place was just upgraded a couple of years ago and it's beautiful.

Just Ok for location. Across the street from the historic district. Walkable to most everything worth walking to. Caution- it is on a main highway pass through. Semi’s and gravel trucks all day. Jake braking was the norm. They haul to and from the container ships. Don’t get one of the balcony rooms. Not worth it. Very, very loud. Terrible city planning. It is a holiday express, so the rooms are what you might expect. ice machines don’t work with the response well there’s more on other floors.! One elevator car broke down on day two while the other one was making horrendous sounds made for an interesting stay. Especially the point where the emergency alert system started squealing, saying that there was an emergency located inside the property. Please follow the staircases out of the building. So treking down the stairs with luggage from the sixth floor just to find out in the lobby that it was a false alarm set off by an elevator repair. (which didn’t repair the elevator). And having to inform the people still on the way down that it was a false alarm because there was no all clear called. Overall, you can tell there was lazy management.

We love this hotel! The location is ideal, we park our car when we arrive and take the trolley all over the city. The breakfast stop in the front is amazing, everyone is super friendly and helpful. It's the only place we stay when we visit St Augustine!

Room could definitely use updating. Really no amenities except for the pool. Had to pay for parking. Couldn’t beat the location, though. Could walk everywhere in the historic district from the hotel.

Loved the convenience of the hotel to historic areas of St Augustine. The pool area could be larger but not bad. The biggest complaint I have is there is a $25 dollar plus tax charge to park. Usually don’t have to pay for parking.

This location is great. The room was not fancy of course but it was clean. The staff was all exceptionally nice, and they were very accommodating to us. Above and beyond. You can basically walk anywhere you would want to go from here, and the parking is good and the price is right!

The best shower water pressure I have had! Room was small but okay size for the building. Bed was typical. Clean & Updated. Parking wasn’t as bad as people make it seem. We were able to have valet. Just have to get there and stay or park at a nearby church. Pool is not heated or maybe not on during our stay. I’d stay there again.

Housekeeping was rude. They started knocking on our door at 9AM when check out was not til 11AM. When we said we weren't ready yet, the guy tried opening our door twice and started banging on our door again. They did the same to the room next to us and left when the other occupants told him that check out is not until 11AM. Ruined our stay in St Augustine.

Parking good, AC cracked, water tanks went out so no shower in the morning! Restaurant behind began moving loads around at 530am and couldn’t sleep. If you’re there on a weekend the bands will keep you up at night but they will give you free earplugs! 😣

AC was extremely efficient. Beds very comfortable. Room was very clean. Great pillows! Easy walk around ftont of hotel to a variety of breakfast restaurants. Parking directly in front of room. 25 dollar plus tax for parking is a bit much after 244.00 for the night tho. Other hotels in area with free parking and better amenities. But convenient for a late nite sleep.

Comer unit was edging with the street and had very little space for movement, but situated in the center of Historic Center overweighed that! No breakfast!
