"The Waterwheel Inn was exceptional. We had a garden suite which opened straight out onto the amazing gardens and a small double room. Both were decorated nicely and kept clean. "The ship is unique because of its position in mevagissey. The room was not spacious but adequate for our needs. In the bathroom was a fairly new shower which was great apart from there was no place to put your soap or shampoo. The breakfast was cooked to order and like the evening meals were excellent. The pub has been taken over by a lovely couple called Alex and Noah and along with their attentive staff I believe they will make it a great success"

"The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. "Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time."
