"Great location and convenient. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a layover on our way to the airport. The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it. The other thing was the bistro, went for dinner and ordered a bowl of chips with gravy poured on top, my chips came out lukewarm bordering cold and the gravy was cold, the waitress was good when told and we received a...

"Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!"
