"Lots of space "

"The staff was amazing, the shuttle drivers amazing, the hotel extremely clean and smells amazing the food at the onsite hotel restaurant was great. My husband and I will be back. I enjoyed my stay relaxing and amazing."

"Good location. Had one situation with a couple amenities in the room like bottled water that smelled very funny that I refused to open any further and not touch. Otherwise, nice location and solid service"

"Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came. I had to call back and someone was sent to the room with sheets for me to change which is ridiculous as that is not my job. Upon ordering a room one expects everything to be done by the staff considering how expensive the room was; just for it to be dirty. I had to go up to the front desk in person and file a complaint. First I was told that they only have queen beds available for me to change to. I was then told that the manager was able to put me in a king room. The whole experience was terrible and I would never come back here."

"The location is great for sightseeing and the beds were comfortable. The hotel apparently has an arrangement with the adjacent parking structure and the $44 daily rate seems comparable to others nearby. However, the structure can get very full so there's no guarantee of finding a spot. You have in and out privileges, but have to ask the front desk to validate it any time you exit. The usual shampoo, conditioner, body soap were in very small quantities, not enough for 2 people sharing a room. Luckily, one of us brought her own. Shame on them for being a hotel in such a prime location! Breakfast is not included but available buffet-style for $20 per person. We didn't see an option to just get a cup of coffee and a piece of fruit. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and the rates were reasonable. We would recommend for non-fussy, budget-minded people."

"I stayed in room 2620 & wow what a view! The bed was super comfortable., the bathroom spacious. Staff were accommodating, from valet to housekeeping, front desk, bartenders etc. I always stay at Loews when I go to Philadelphia but this room was by far the best"

"The front desk was helpful, the room was big and clean and the property was not far from where I had to go. The building appeared to be secure. It was a pleasant visit for somewhere to sleep."

"Location of this hotel was phenomenal for a long weekend exploring where we wanted to explore. A pretty typical Mariott experience, which is to say very clean and very comfortable, but nothing “luxurious” or above and beyond. (Exactly why we choose Mariott.) We happened to be visiting during an extra busy weekend so we didn’t check out many of the on-site amenities (too crowded) but it was nice to have the option. "
