"My kids loved the free Icecream they get from the front desk staff ! I keep going this place for stay because I m looking forward apartment and job!!! I wish I can work here at hotel it is lovely safe environment! Mexican tacos next door is great ! Flooring in this room is also better than Hampton inn and very spacious — I stayed next door super 8 but I like more spacious at Skylite inn —- my 100 stars to this Skylite inn new management — before 1 year this hotel was having some issues but looks like new management took it over and now I feel safe"

"The boutique hotel was beautifully decorated as were the rooms. It was surprising that the kitchen in room had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Love the nearly full size refrigerator. It made it easier for us to not eat out all our meals. Freezer capacity was nice for frozen treats and freezing water bottles for our picnics. Location next to HEB grocery store super convenient! Only drawback is the surrounding area is transitioning. "

"For the price this place is good. The a/c was cold but loud. The building needs updating but the staff are very nice and the place is clean. It was easy enough to drive to but it isn’t anywhere near to downtown. The hotel feels safe. "

"Staff was pretty responsive and nice. This was the only thing, one the elevators was broke. With that, getting up and down took a long time. Overall though, a pretty good property."
