"This was a special celebration for 1st Cousins being reunited and celebrating a birthday. The villa was so beautiful and enjoyable. I would visit again."

"Reception was helpful and easy to talk to when we arrived (which was late at night, so that was nice). They also had a variety of pakaged baked goods, water bottles, and a coffee bar available. Our room was nicely cleaned and tidy when we arrived. The mirror had some stains from aging and some of the furniture also had shown its age with small fabric cracks or creaking when you sit, but still very usable and very enjoyable! Did not bother us, but something to keep in mind if it does bother you....

"I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing."

"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price."

"I hate to post a bad review but for those traveling with families as well to be aware— the pool will be overcrowded, with people blasting their own music and making out near kids, the floors near the pool so hot they can burn feet, mystery drink charges from those next to you will end up on your bill, and the front staff lacks professionalism. The bell/valet will be on his phone while “helping” you. The entire hotel needs a revamp. A burger at the pool bar (which also needs a revamp) will cost...
