"This hotel was better than I expected. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious enough with complimentary water coffee and slippers. The only complaint was the bathroom. The shower and the toilet occupied the same space. To get to the toilet you have to pass through the shower. Taking a shower spills water on the toilet bowl and tank. If you need to go the toilet later on you have to cross the wet shower tiles and dry the seat. The recessed area for the soap was next to the toilet and not in the shower. The bathroom was surely a sore point. The free breakfast was totally worth it. There was cereal, pancakes, eggs, sausages, sweet potatoes, plantains, channa, veggies and more. All in all a great stay but for the bathroom complaint. Definitely worth staying here."

"I was disappointed with breakfast, no variety; eggs and sausage, bake and Saltfish, eggs and plantain, tuna/ cheese sandwiches, tea coffee or mixed juice, melon, pineapple each on specific mornings. No cereal boxed/cooked, no pancakes, no choice in the preparation of eggs (fried sunny side up, boiled, poached) just scrambled. I am of the opinion that having paid for breakfast one should be given the opportunity to chose what they preferred."

"The hotel is grossly overpriced. At best it's a 3 star hotel. I was upgraded to a suite in the new tower. Decore in the tower is bland gray and white. Staff in the tower were indifferent. The ladies in the breakfast room in the old building were pleasant and accommodating. The night I arrived at 0245 AM there was loud music blaring from the old wing of the hotel which I could hear through the windows. The old building is in desperate need of renovation. The new tower is monochrome gray and white."

"Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. "
