"Had the most amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric in Matla! Hotel absolutely stunning and the staff were so friendly and accommodating at all times. Drink choice was great and varied and the food was superb! Would definitely recommend and will certainly return to stay with them again! "

"Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. "

"Loved the decor and the cleanliness. Its thoughtful to have a water machine available and some sandwiches and yogurt ready. The only few complaints I have is that the bathroom can use better ventilation and the shower head was very strong compared to the drainage. I was afraid of overflow. All in all the hotel was great and we had a great stay"

"Frühstück - Kaffee und Orangensaft gut, Croissants und Pancakes sehr gut, auch Eier/ Rührei, Joghurt und Bananen, Äpfel, Cornflakes, jedoch kein dunkles Brot, toller Balkon, auch Blick Richtung Wasser/Bucht, aktuell in der Ferne jedch viel Bebauung, sehr nettes Personal, kleiner Balkon, aber kein Stuhl"

"We stayed as a family of four and had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms are spacious, spotless and well equipped, and the drinkable water tap in the bathroom is a standout feature. All staff were consistently warm and attentive — everyone greets you as you pass, which creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s common areas are beautifully maintained, and both the indoor and outdoor pools are lovely. The fitness suite is excellent too. We did experience some noise from the fitness...

"Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively new so everything is modern and clean. I used the sauna which was great. I thought the filtered water and ice station close to our room was great. The omelette at breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast staff were great. "

"Einfahrt zur Garage recht eng und steil. Pool leider nicht beheizt. Kein Bademantel und keine Badeschlappen. Aber alles in allem ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Frühstück war auch gut."

"The staff were helpful on whatsapp when required, air condition was easy to adjust and worked brilliantly whilst the water dispenser was a great addition to refill water bottles. Overall had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others."

"Everything was perfect. The place, so clean, close to balluta bay, the details in the place… I would come back every single time. There is just one minor thing.. the tv is not smart so say bye to watch Netflix if you want to rest a bit. Other than that AMAZING is a small word for it "
