We travel all the time. This is probably one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We reserved the room for two days. When we arrived on the first day at 4:00 pm., we were not greeted in any way. I was simply told to wait until she finished what she was doing before we could register. We asked if we could cancel the second night. She said we had to do that 24 hours ahead. She said we were not early enough and she could not help me with that. Then when entering our room, we used the restroom and immediately all the sewage backed up in the bathtub. We asked to change rooms. No apology no nothing. She gave us another room. We found the surface of everything looked clean, but when we went to plug things in, there was dirt and dust everywhere. The TV was extremely difficult to use. Since we did not see any area for food, we assumed there was no breakfast. We found out later that they served breakfast on the second floor. We were never told. Then when we needed the internet on the second day, she told us it was out and it might be fixed the next morning because the manager was out. No apologies, nothing. So we had to use our hotspots. When I asked for a receipt, she said, "I cannot give you one." "Since you registered with a third party, you will get an email." I said all the other hotels were able to give us one. She bluntly said, "I cannot." If we could request a refund we would. This is the first time in years we stayed at a Best Western. We will never stay at one again.
Night shift was never trained in customer service, or didn’t care. Looked past us, barely spoke, no greeting or eye contact, to the point he creeped me out. Also, no uniform or name tag, which should happen if you are promoting your brand. Room needed maintenance (ie3 coats of peeling paint in the bathroom, room smelled of mold, door to the bathroom looked like a dog chewed it up and it wasn’t fixed, sheets had seen better days). TV didn’t work, when i called the front desk on the landline in the room, it didn’t work. I actually looked up the pictures on line to verify I wasn’t crazy, pictures were altered, or from the 1990’s, as they do not represent the current condition of the property. If it wasn’t 1am when I checked in, I would have left. I am stunned that this property has 8.2 reviews. They must be paying for them. Breakfast eggs were scrambled eggs swimming in a yellow slimy goo, room temperature sausage. Biscuits were hot, but the gravy was the viscosity of water with the same flavor. Front desk guy in the morning was polite enough, but made zero effort to fix the problem or pass me along to someone who could. As a former Marriott associate of 15 years, I was dumbfounded.
The room smelled old and musty and the woodwork was cracked and missing. The television was impossible to figure out - too many steps to just get a regular channel to watch. The room was not made up when we returned for our second night and we had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. Could not connect to the Internet on the second night.
We selected this hotel for location and BW reputation. The location was good - but I doubt I would stay at another BW.
Great location. The staff was very kind and great to work with. The water however was brown. The sink in the bathroom was rusted but overall was clean.

Rooms and bathrooms in need of updating. Peeling paint bathroom ceiling and walls tub filthy old couldn't close toilet seat towels smelled unwashed. Breakfast was mediocre but eatable. Probably won't return to this particular BW.
Rooms are in good shape for their age, the staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was pretty darn good. Loved the balcony over the pool too. I’ll be coming back three times a year!
Overall the stay was good. I have stayed here many times in the past over the years. That is why I chose to stay again. With that said, it is still a clean hotel but is starting to show wear due to not being updated in several years. It is still clean, just showing some age. I still would not hesitate to stay again if I am in the area though.
Really didn't like that there were trucks parked in their parking lot that ran refridgeration all night. The building was too noisy/not soundproofed. Too much noise from traffic. The bathroom was quite small.
On the plus side - it was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The staff upon check in was fine, however, the staff at check out was just plain rude (not just to myself, but I witnessed her speak rudely to other guests) She was "busy" chatting with a lady standing to the side of the desk and it was very obvious that is was a bother to deal with guests. The elevators are TINY which only matters because it's a pain to get the luggage carts in and out :( They charge for a late check out (by late I mean they wanted you out by 11:30 and I asked if noon was possible and they told me there would be a large fee) We travel a lot and no other hotel has charged us for for such a request. Good things: the AC is COLD and works great!!!! The balcony is a nice added touch. The room was clean and housekeeper that was near our room when we left was VERY friendly and nice :) I usually do not leave reviews that are at all negative, but for the cost I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it at all!

Convenient to restaurant Chili and Dunkin Donuts and more by walking.
Solid breakfast and 24 hour coffee!
Comfortable sleeping. Good price.
First of all, the description on Expedia pictured a restaurant and bar. Apparently, it has not existed for years. The tv was slow and complicated. The bathroom was not functional, very small, door opening into vanity space, toilet lid did not close , which I find on sanitary and also it’s not fun to have a gaping hole of water in the middle of a small space 😟. The breakfast was decent, but the coffee was very acidic and had a vinegar taste.. the property feels old. Thankfully, after driving eight hours, I slept pretty decently … the bed and pillow were comfortable. I have been to some best westerns lately and it seemed as though they are improving but I guess this one missed the memo. Ha ha maybe it’s the best western plus that are getting better. I’m not sure.

The hallway smells odd in a bad way, and there were many black hairs all over the hotel room. Staff was nice though. Room gets a bit hot because of the type of air conditioner.

The room was clean but the bed was hard which made it difficult to sleep. Friendly staff and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. So many stores that were literally in walking distance. They had a variety of food to choose from for breakfast. The eggs were a little watery and the sausage just didnt taste good so I stuck with bagels
We checked in and we're told that the pool was unavailable today but they would have it reopened ASAP. They told us that a soccer team had visited and had destroyed the pool. I asked every day for the next 3 days and was told that it would be closed the entire time we were there... No one was even apologetic. We were also in our room about 5 or 6:00 p.m. and a what I assume to be hospitality staff opened our door not realizing we were in there and apologetically said sorry and walked out. Another time a hotel hospitality staff grabbed our do not disturb privacy sign I heard someone at our front door and opened it and she had no explanation for why that was being done. The main reason that we booked at this hotel was for the pool and we were unable to utilize that at any point but our hotel room overlooked it. Not happy.
