Apartment style hotel

Our room was great and had a fireplace which was much needed due to freezing weather. The overall hotel needs updating but I would stay here again. Staff was happy & friendly. the hotel is in a convenient location too.

Clean, safe and EXCELLENT service from start to finish! The daily breakfast provided was INCREDIBLE and the sweet gentleman greeter (can't recall his name - Craig maybe?) was spectacular and made us feel so welcomed and at home! Can't wait to stay here again next year!

Great front desk management!

Check in was great, I had to wait a little bit while the room was getting cleaned so the Manager upgraded me to a suite. He was extremely professional and courteous and I was pleasantly surprised with his professionalism and service.

Nice Indoor Pool, but broken hot tub.

After bringing our luggage down 2 long hallways on the first, we discovered the kitchen floor was coverd with water and we almost fell. They immediately apologized and gave us a different room on the 2nd floor & more convenient near the elevator. The rooms were clean except the toilet had a very dark stain. Many areas of wear & tear in the room and other areas. My husband was so disappointed te hot tub was broken. But we enjoyed the nice size indoor, heated pool. Very good breakfast buffet included. Friendly & helpful staff.

The breakfast guy, Fred, was fabulous! He made the delicious eggs and was so friendly and warm. He remembered our names. It was like we were having breakfast at his home. He truly got our day off to a positive start. Give that man a raise! He was the highlight—and the desk staff member who was on for several days (Oct. 8 and on) was super friendly and helpful too.

Hot tub was closed with a cone around it. Room was clean. Walls pretty thin. There was a pullout couch bed, but in the room, there was only a flat sheet, blanket and 1 pillow. The front desk staff was able to only get me one more flat sheet. The biggest problem is when I checked in, the staff was checking me and was going to charge me again even though I prepaid thru expedia. He wouldn't help me get it figured out at all. I had to spend over an hour on the internet and on the phone with expedia to get it figured out.

Would stay again, just avoid breakfast

Convenient me located , felt safe, quiet. Good service. Lobby was nice and clean, well lit. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean, cozy. BathTub looked like it had seen better days but was clean. Breakfast was not worth staying for, was microwaved and runny. I got to say that the free breakfast was the worst part of the stay but that said, I would return and stay with them. They are pet friendly.

When we first arrived to the room, we noticed dirty dishes on the counter. The front desk woman was very helpful and came to remove them and check the rest of the room. Upon entering the bathroom, we noticed urine on the floor near the toilet. Again, the front desk woman was very friendly, I requested to move rooms but none were available, so she cleaned the entire bathroom. Went to make the pull out couch bed (this was prearranged), no sheets/blankets were available; so I called once again. The nice woman brought some down. I pulled out the bed to notice food crumbs and trash under the mattress and folded within the mattress. Needless to say, my son slept on top of the regular couch with sheets covering everything. I’m very confident this was not a cleaned room when we checked in. We stayed one night and checked out the next day without staying for the 2nd night. Staff are very nice, pool was warm and clean, breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations, but the room was dirty and aged.
