"Glass all over pool back area an in pool edge went and told front desk who said maintenance would be there 3 hrs later no one showed no apologies no conversation nothing place is very runned down smells funny room was not great definitely not a hotel that should be charging 130 a night jaccuzzi not working not even water level and outside bathroom was filthy"

This was right after a man fell down Leaveing pool area he slipped on puddle right outside gate where kids were running in an out. 91.911 was called as I helped the man up and to a chair . People in office never came out. Rescue squad took the guy away."
