"The staff was very friendly, helpful, and available! The breakfast was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom wasn't very clean & the fan made an awful noise. There wasn't a closet or hangers for clothes."

"At the point of check in we were informed that we were not going to be on the 6th floor Villa that I was told that was assigned to us only 2 days before arrival. That was very disappointing to start a trip that way. Also stated there would be a blender in the room since it was pertaining to a health related issue. The blender was delivered late that night in all fairness. We had 2 instances of having to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle as well."
