"The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! "Checked in on Friday for a two day stay. Carpet and sofa had dinner plate size stains plus AC wasn't cooling off enough. Within 45 minutes of being in the room, I went back to the office and asked for a refund but clerk refused. I booked with Expedia and there it is"no fee cancellation before May 22" it was May 21st which showed him but he still refused. I asked for at least one day refunded, again he refused. "
