"The room was too hot even with air conditioning on (which was sub-standard), and the TV was poor - had Englis channels with no audio. Views were great but the location of the hotel was not what we were hoping for."

"Good hotel in old part of Chur - about 15 mins walk from train station. Great rooms - comfy beds and clean. Breakfast very nice too. My only negative was the lady on check in who was quite unfriendly and did not give me a good first impression - I understand many people stay for just one night but that’s the nature of the town and the business. I found her quite intimidating "

"Enjoyed my stay - clean room and friendly welcoming staff. Easy access to the ski lift. Would be good to know in advance what bus stop to use when I arrived in Flims to check in (I did not know to use post stop). Overall - I had a great experience and wonderful time at the hotel and at Flims!"
