"Very easy to reach with bus 101 or 107 from Bern with a supermarket just next door. Lovely room, helpful staff and excellent value for money. Don’t really understand the negative reviews as we loved it!"

"Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu und es liegt außerhalb von Bern. Es ist aber gut angebunden. Unser Zimmer war relativ groß und modern eingerichtet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die komplette Bedienung (Schlüssel, Lift, Tiefgarage etc.) mit dem Handy. Es gibt keine Bar, keinen Empfang etc. Das macht es schon ein wenig unpersönlich. Man kann sehr gut in der Tiefgarage (im Haus) parken. Das Parken ist allerdings ziemlich teuer (circa 25 Euro)."

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Overall, highly...
