"The staff was professional, cordial and helpful, including being multilingual. The size of the room was very good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel location was also convenient - 5 min walk from the Bern train station."

"Older hotel that has been updated and is in a very convenient location with the train station as easy walk or bus ride away. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. Rooms are a little small but fine for a night or two. The fan was a great addition as the heat was still on in Switzerland. Good breakfast buffet too."
