"I would like to express my disappointment regarding the room description on Expedia. The room was listed as having a partial beach view, however, the actual view from the room overlooks the parking lot and a garbage container. There is no visible beach view from the room, which is not what was advertised. We have stayed at your hotel many times in the past and have always enjoyed our experience. However, in this case, the description on Expedia was misleading and did not accurately reflect the room that was assigned to us. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and let us know if there is any possibility of moving us to a room that matches the description we booked. "This is my second time here and it is getting worse, you have to pay for the umbrela and the chair separately and they are 18 dollar each the pool is smaller and it was full, there was not easy to find a parking late at night."

"En mi opinión no es muy barato que digamos el hotel para que sus áreas exteriores estén tan descuidadas el estanque apestaba a caca de pato la piscina y el Jacusi el piso todo feo y sucio por el tiempo , la bañadera de la habitación acumulada toda el agua y terminabas bañándote en un charco de jabón y suciedad el personal si muy atento pero deberían tomar en cuenta pasarle la mano a las áreas del hotel"
