The property is nice. The room was a little small but clean. Everyone was very nice. The description however for the room I stayed in said partial ocean view room. There was no ocean view at all. AND yes it has beach access but you have to walk FAR through beach sand which is very tiring.

Good location on the beach, though no real view from our one window (in the kitchen). Ample parking. The office closes at 5pm, and our flight arrived late, but thankfully they left our key in the late arrivals box. Unfortunately, the key didn’t open the main Late Arrivals door, so we had to wander the property late at night to find an access point. The room was snug, but had everything we needed. The updated bath was pretty nice, but only soap and towels were provided. You have to bring your own shampoo and lotion. Neighbors were noisy in the AM (thin walls?), so bring ear plugs. The bed was fine, and the updated bath was nice. The lobby and halls smell like cigarette smoke. Finally, there is an ester a $90 cleaning fee, but you’ll end up doing much of the work if you follow the checkout procedure. You are to take all your trash to the chute, strip your bed, put all used linens in the center of the floor, and run the dishwasher. Doesn’t seem right.

Thank-you for taking your time to post a review. We are a timeshare facility not a motel. We do not offer daily cleaning services. We do not provide shampoo or body wash or lotion for the units. We do offer free laundry facilities on the 3rd,5th and 6th floor. We are also a smoke free facility and there is a 250 fine if caught smoking in the units or on the balconies. We apologize for the problem that you encountered when arriving to the property. The manager was contacted, and instructions were given to gain immediate access. We hope you will come back to visit us on your next vacation to the beautiful Treasure Island Beach.

We enjoyed our stay and the only thing that could change is the bed. My husbands back hurt after sleeping on it. But otherwise all was very nice and clean. Pool was great. We did go when the kids were back in school so it wasn't overcrowded. Beach access was great. Nice efficiency. Didn't use anything. But if the stay was longer I would have.

We were very happy with everything at Voyager. The hotel & staff were perfect for us. Clean , safe area, with an amazing staff. Continental breakfast would have been nice. We will definitely recommend Voyager Beach Club.

We loved everything about this property! Room very clean and excellent, the pool was extremely clean! Walking distance to most everything including the beach! There was nothing I dislike about this place and Will recommend it to everyone!

Property was ok, but a little worn down. Loved the location on the beach, but it was hard to keep the room a good temperature, and the beds were minimal in comfort and provisions. Pull out couch had thinnest of mattresses- not suitable for anyone except small children.

All the things you mentioned are definitely on the "upgrade". this year we finished a major upgrade and put all new kitchens in the units. we hope you will visit us again to see all the new things we are doing year after year.

Positives: on the beach, access to bbq, quiet, nice safe area, not far from several attractions. Negatives: bedroom make over needed, comfortable bed needed, AC didn't work in first unit although we got moved to a unit where it did work, hot water was sporadic.

Awesome place
Very nice and clean. Friendly stuff. Absolutely everything was in the room, dishes, pots, soap, dishwasher, dishwasher detergent!!!! We enjoyed our stay!

Other than the fact that our balcony sat directly overlooking the pool, this was a wonderful facility. But because of the pool, we couldnt enjoy our balcony at night. We heard everything going on at the pool, and everyone at the pool could hear our conversation.

Good view of the Gulf from my end room though partially blocked by another hotel, very clean room, kitchen was handy so I didn't have to eat out every meal, very comfy bed, nice pool though in shade first half of the day, free on-site parking, easy check-in, only 15 minute walk to John's Pass with many outdoor restaurants and shops, excellent ice cream shop right next door, and finally the beach is amazing and IMO the best beach on the west coast of Florida though be warned it is a huge beach and takes a long walk to actually reach the water

I love the rooms and and the kitchen. I loved the updated bathoom. Very clean and comfortable. I would've preferred a higher room because we were right over the pool, but we did have the bigger balcony which was nice

We are sorry you were unhappy with your accommodations. The bed is a queen size and the pull out sofa bed is a full size. Yes the units are quaint however the square footage is listed in the description of the unit. We encourage you to try one of our other properties along the gulf beaches, we can help you find a unit that will accommodate you and your family and meet al your expectations. Spring break family stay
The staff was awesome, the room was small, but clean. We didn't ever get any hot water to wash dishes, but overall, a fine time. The pool was great for the kids!

Great vacation
This was a really nice place ....we usally stay nexted door at residence inn...price was to much and found this place at the last minute....was really impressed with the place ....beach is right out your door ...restaurants and convenient store in walking distance .....will definitely stay here again .....loved the place .

Great place for families
Very nice place for an affordable rate. A quick walk to the beach. The pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor game area was all nice and well maintained. Staff was very friendly.
