Enano y sin comodidades

Las fotos engañan, creía que la habitación sería más espaciosa pero no, no se puede ni abrir la maleta, el baño aunque en las fotos sale pequeño era más pequeño aún, súper incómodo, ya que el lavabo aparte de ser minúsculo tenías que acceder a él desde un lado porque justo enfrente estaba la ducha. No me renovaban ni el papel higiénico ni las toallas, tuve que pedirlo. Tampoco hicieron la cama. No había nadie cuando llegamos para hacer el check in y nos tocó esperar. Nadie hablaba inglés y te hablan ruso como si los entendieras, la comunicación fue horrible.

Irresponsáveis??

Apesar da descrição no site falar que a recepção é 24h, chegamos as 02:00 da madrugada e o Hostel estava fechado. As 05:00 da manhã apareceram pra deixar agente entrar. Durante esse intervalo ficamos na rua no frio após 20 horas de voos e escala. Total falta de responsabilidade e respeito.

Literie horrible, dans la salle de douche juste un lave-main. Lorsque l'on met le panneau ne pas déranger et si on quitte la chambre le personnel entre tout de même dans la chambre (pour vider les corbeilles). Seul point positif est la situation de cet établissement.

Ottima posizione, tranquilla alle spalle di Prosp. Nevski, in centro a 20’ a piedi da Ermitage e 5’ da stazione metro. Stanza piccola ma confortevole. Bagno essenziale con lavandino troppo piccolo. Bollitore in camera. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Тесно, но за такие деньги лучше не найти

Отличное расположение, рядом метро Гостиный двор. Тесно, но чистая постель и санузел в номере гасят это единственное неудобство. В целом номер не для комфорта, но для практичного жития и ночного отдыха подходит отлично.

Location de chambres plutôt qu'hôtel ...

Pas grand chose de négatif à dire sur les chambres en elles-mêmes: propres et agréables, elles nous ont donné satisfaction. En revanche, le personnel et le service donnent toutes les raisons d'être extrêmement déçus, voire fâchés. -Chambre mal réparties: en dépit de mes demandes, la chambre confort ( bien plus grande) a été attribuée à la personne seule, alors que deux personnes se partageaient en twin la chambre standard minuscule. Sachant qu'il ne s'agit que de lits simples à assembler ou désassembler, ce n'était pas compliqué de respecter la demande. -Problème de douche bouchée quasi inutilisable, sauf à se rincer en quatre fois pour laisser l'eau s'écouler un peu. Signalé trois fois, pas résolu pendant le séjour. Horrible. -Aucun personnel capable de comprendre le moindre mot d'Anglais. C'est inadmissible s'agissant d'un établissement vendu dans le monde entier. -Navette aéroport annoncée et inexistante. -Service de CONCIERGE annoncé et inexistant. On éclate de rire: deux gamines de 20 ans sans aucune expérience ni efficacité, et ne comprenant pas un mot d'Anglais se sont relayées à la réception durant 4 jours !! Enfin: à part le changement de serviettes, aucun ménage, aucun lit refait, aucune poubelle vidée, donc: Hotels.com, ne présentez pas l'établissement comme un hôtel s'il vous plait. Enfin, pour conclure, le prix des chambres a baissé le lendemain de mon achat: j'ai demandé le remboursement contractuel de la différence, et je n'ai pas eu de réponse.

처음에 위치를 찾기 정말 힘들었고 카운터 직원이 영어를 할 줄 몰라서 곤란했어요ㅠㅠ 그래도 정말 친절하시고 매일 청소해주시는데 매우 깔끔하고 침대도 푹신하고 상태가 좋았습니다! 그러나 방이 좁아서 조금 불편했어요 반지하에 가까워서 습했구요ㅠㅠ..!

Perect location, fast wifi

The location is perfect, within walking distance from most tourist attractions. The room was not luxurious, but quiet and with fast wifi. The bathroom required some renovation -- leaking shower hose/tap. Overall, reasonable price-to-quality ratio with account for the location.

плюс - расположение. минус - все остальное.

Главное достоинство отеля - расположение. Но больше я в этот отель не поеду. В ванной малюсенькая раковина расположена так, что при бритье и чистке зубов приходилось шторку душа подвешивать за кран и вставать одной ногой на пол, а другой на возвышающуюся душевую кабину. И так враскарячку бриться на протяжении 3 дней. Убрались только по моей просьбе на третий день вечером. С утра(6:30) на ресепшен никого не нашел и боролся с платной кофемашиной самостоятельно. Красная цена такому номеру без завтрака 2500, а не как не 6000!!!

Clean room and affordable price

We had reserved a double bedroom with an extra bed. They didn't have the extra bed, but they were fair and gave us an extra room for free. Luckily my daughter was big enough to have her own room (14) but anyway, they don't have bigger rooms.
