Понравилось гостить в "Катюше".

Мы семьей гостили в мини-отеле "Катюша" на первомайские праздники.В целом, учитывая, что целью поездки являлось ознакомление с достопримечательностями города, а не пребывание в отеле, все понравилось. Отель выбирали только для ночлега и, исходя из расположения в историческом центре города.Это конечно не "Хилтон ин...", но мини-отель "Катюша" себя так и не позиционирует. В номере есть все минимально необходимое: очень удобная большая кровать, холодильник, телевизор, тапочки, мыло, бутылочки с гелем для душа и шампунем. В душе не очень комфортно, но это единственное, что омрачает общую положительную картину. На общей кухне есть чайник, посуда, микроволновка, кулер. Все везде чисто и опрятно, а это немаловажно! Персонал отзывчивый, приветливый, что также способствовало хорошему настроению. Нам понравилось!

They never change bedsheets that I stay for 5 days

I stayed there for 5 nights and they were upgraded me but they didn’t change the bed sheets also before the last day all the trash everything that I ate were still in the room I need to asked for shower soap or shampoo anything in the shower room stuffs every day

Коротко о мини-отеле «Катюша»

Отдыхали в отеле с комфортом. Понравилось, что есть кухня, где есть посуда, чайник, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина. Комната тесновата, но это для нас было не так важно. В общем, остались довольны, особенно расположением отеля, просто класс!

到着時、入口の鍵の開け方がよくわからず、苦労しました。３泊した間にフロントの人は３人変わりましたが、そのうちの一人が全く英語ができなかったので、苦労しました。共通ではありますが、キッチンがありましたので、温かいコーヒーが飲めました。にぎやかな通りから少し離れているので、静かに過ごせました。

Заказывали два номера, проживание по одному человеку, оба номера с двумя узкими кроватями, номера оч. маленькие, но и стоили дешево. Относительно число. Персонал так себе, не оч. дружелюбный, для семи номеров переделанной то квартиры. В целом с учетом расположения отеля оценил бы его на 3 с минусом. Больше в нем останавливаться не буду. Господа владельцы, вы бы лестницу починили, срашно входить. Сожалею что не сделал фото, выложить бы на сайте.

It was my 3rd time in this hotel, and it was a great experience, as usual! The nice rooms are fitted with everything you need, and sooooooo close to Hermitage! :)

Perfect.

Very friendly small hotel and perfect staffs near the centre and the Neva river.I wos here one week in February. I have been myself on my room and for one person is the size of room and bed perfect. I can recommend to the others.

В двух минутах от Дворцового моста

Главное достоинство отеля - его расположение при умеренной цене. Конечно, каждое утро придётся решать проблему завтрака, но в самом отеле можно в любое время суток приготовить чай.

La réception et les chambres sont neuves, seule l'entrée à partir de la rue est désuette et pourrai décourager certaines personnes. La situation est très centrale favorable aux personnes se déplaçant à pieds.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Si l'on considère le rapport qualité/prix, cet hôtel est parfait. Bien sûr la chambre est petite mais meublée contemporaine, salle d'eau très correcte, il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre. Pas de bruit car donne dans une petite rue mais à 20 mètres on est sur le quai de la Néva et l'on voit l'Hermitage. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place mais il y a une petite pièce pour ce faire son déjeuner. Seule l'entrée de l'immeuble est très vieille mais une clè avec un ouvre porte magnétique pour rentrer à n 'importe quelle heure. Possibilité de navette avec le véhicule de l'hôtel pour l'aéroport.

Fair quality with Low price

Great location that the hotel is very near to the winter palace. Staff there is friendly and helpful. However the room is not very clean and it is so small. Overall it is worth staying because of its low price.

Eksoottinen valinta, hinta/laatu kohdallaan

Sijainti nähtävyyksiin nähden ihan loistava. Metrolle noin 10-15 min kävelymatka. Ystävällinen, mutta puoliksi kielitaidoton henkilökunta oli palveluhenkistä ja halusi pitää vieraiden viihtyvyydestä huolta. Sisään tullessa suttuinen käytävä ei todellakaan antanut luotettavaa kuvaa majoituksesta, mutta pieni viihtyisä huone oli ihan ok. Sänky oli kamalan pehmeä "vesisänkytyyppinen" erämaalaiva. Kaikki äänet kuuluivat naapureista ja aamupalaa sai tehdä itse aulan pienoiskeittiössä. Eksoottinen valinta. Hinta/laatu kohdallaan.

Great location

More like a guesthouse than a hotel, the rooms are comfy and clean. For the price you pay it's fantastic value located right next to Palace Square in the heart of St Petersburg. This is a perfect mid-range option, I.e. better than a hostel, but less expensive than a hotel.

睡床很舒,適位置極佳，家庭式酒店

好近冬宮，返海邊，寧靜，家庭式酒店！酒店位置有點難找，前台不懂英文，要打電話找一個懂英文對口，但有個婆婆好cute 識講小小英文。總括都算不錯！

I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN happier about this guest house. It is literally 7 minutes walk from the Hermitage, and right on the River Neva (actually down a clean side alley) so no noise. Very helpful staff (Non english speaking but with patience and charades it all worked. The rpice was right and the location was best.

Located in the alley next to Admiralty.

The guesthouse is located in the alley next to Admiralty, very close to river front, walking distance to Admiraltyskaya metro, room is a bit too small.

Beware of scary bait and switch!

I arrived at the hotel a little early and was somewhat disappointed with the rundown look of the place although I thought that was part of the Eastern European experience. We were told that our room was not ready yet by the lady at the desk. I was greeted by an effusive smiling man who said the hotel was overbooked although I had booked my room weeks in advance. He said he had rooms available at another hotel down the street where he thought the rooms were actually better. As we walked down a shady back alley way to the new hotel which he said he also owned I started to become really fearful that he was going to rob or attack us and I started preparing myself mentally for a physical confrontation. Luckily when we got inside the situation wasn't that dangerous. We saw the room. It was the tiniest dilapidated prison cell nothing like the hotel room I actually booked. I started to demand the room I booked. He said I could upgrade to a better room if I paid. By then I had enough and I looked him straight in his smiling face and explained to him that I knew that this whole thing was a scam and if I did not receive the room I booked I would make sure he wouldn't get away with it. We walked back to the original hotel. Magically a room was available- one that looks like the photos on this site. Although still a very small room at least it was as pictured except the bathroom was disgusting as the shower curtain would fall down constantly. We agreed to the room but even then he had the audacity to sell us on an upgraded room bigger with a view we'd have to pay for -which I declined. I would have left immediately but there were no other hotels available in my price range. I was afraid of my stuff being stolen so that made my stay uncomfortable. Avoid this place at all costs!
