"Dishwasher was not emptied and we did not know if dishes were clean or not. Wastebasket not emptied. Soooo dark....lots of lighting, but the bulbs were like 2 1/2 watts."

"I loved literally everything about this place, including the privacy and location. It's a small hotel with only about eight rooms so it felt very private and cozy. The location is right at the base of Prague Castle, tucked away down a very pretty backstreet which is right near all the best places to walk to in Mala Strana. The staff was also so helpful and nice, especially Jana! I would easily stay here again whenever I return to Prague."

"Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Karslbrücke. Nettes Hotelpersonal, sehr saubere Zimmer. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, was für uns nicht weiter schlimm war. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut. Es gab ein kleines Buffet und zusätzlich konnte man sich ein Gericht von der Karte auswählen, welches frisch zubereitet wurde. Eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist möglich. Das Parkhaus ist etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt."

"Staffs were so helpful and friendly, the split AC system is down and portable AC was installed that made our sleeping time inconvenient, the place is so close to castle palace and most visited places . Quite neighborhood,5-10 minute walk to eateries, Starbucks..etc. Most visited Miraculous Mother Mary and Infant Jesus, Mother of Perpetual Help cathedral and more.. Uber prices are cheap to go to high end shopping areas. Highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Prague! What a gem of a spot - clean, large room that included a kitchen. The air conditioning worked really well, even in a heat wave. Very spacious suite and the bathroom was also quite large for European standards. The only downside was no shampoo, only body wash in the shower, so we went out to buy some. The breakfast had a great selection, with both sweet and savoury options. The location of the hotel is quite central - an easy walk to a main tram & bus...
