Overall, an enjoyable place to hang out hats, after traveling the islands. The beach was a nice place to enjoy if we wanted to stay out for the day as well.

The ocean is 10 feet from the tables of the restaurant, with beach in between. The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax. The resort is in a nice location, the pool is close to the restaurant and beach as well, all conveniently located close together. The hotel rooms themselves were fine. All rooms have an ocean view and are reasonably new and in fairly good shape. Our mini-split AC unit had trouble keeping up with the afternoon/evening sun, so our room was quite warm at bed time, but cool again by morning. The hotel buildings are old, and in general most of the property has quite a bit of deferred maintenance. None if it wrecked the stay, but it was obvious that the resort was under staffed and is struggling to keep things in shape. As other reviews have shared, the restaurant was good, but the service is slow. If you're not in a hurry and are just relaxing, it's no big deal. Everyone was very nice, and the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful with the advice they shared on beating the lines at TSA and making our flight on time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend the place for a few days stay. Much longer and you'd run out of things to do.

The hotel is an older property but was in good shape. The only two issues were the fact that there’s no elevator and the shower in our room was impossible to keep at a constant temperature, it was either extremely hot or extremely cold. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

The property itself could use some TLC, the grounds had trash laying around. We stayed just to be convenient to the airport and it served that purpose and I’d probably do it again however, I would not vacation at this property.

On the beach and beach chairs available, thanks to a vendor that take care of them for the hotel. Nice looking pool area. Front desk will assist in getting taxi. Plan on waiting a hour or more at the restaurant for anything. The bar will give you better service and the coffee shack.

The property was a little dated can definitely use upgrades . The bar area was nice the service was extremely slow. The room was dirty when we arrived stained sheets dirty floor and bathroom however once we spoke to the front they did clean it . The lady at the front desk was really nice .Overall it was good.

The sats on the pool was dirty and the area not not kept clean. I was unable to print my boarding pass because the the printer was not working. The entire system was dirty not cleaned for months. Full of dust.

Terrible & rude staff that would walk right past you and not acknowledge you at all. Not to mention, they add an automatic 18% gratuity to all drinks and meals, which we wouldn’t mind paying if the staff was friendly or prompt. The A/C did not work correctly and made e terrible noise all night long.

Nice clean area. Cruisers overwhelmed beach at 10am to 3pm otherwise nice calm beautiful beach and hotel for the relaxation. Great for a one or two day visit. Easy walk from airport with suitcases.
