We loved the fact that there was a complimentary, complete well-stocked bar in the room along with snacks. Great location - literally across the street from the train station but rooms were sound proofed and super quiet"

"Stayed two nights. Hotel is well situated but is getting a bit outdated. Bathroom door was poorly repaired. Hotel is quite noisy, all sounds within the hotel seem to carry and the doors slamming was both heard and felt when lying in bed. Breakfast was just basic. First morning apparently no chef working so no hot options only continental. Second morning with a chef so we were able to order hot food. Partner ordered a full Scottish breakfast and was happy but I ordered salmon, poach eggs and...

"The hotel was awesome. Staff super helpful and nothing too much trouble. Rooms were spacious and clean (needs some more storage space though). Hotel grounds amazing, food choices great and sports and spa clean and modern"

"Nice hotel, only real let down was the aircon/controls, no real ability to make the room cold which was not ideal in the midst of a heatwave. Other than that breakfast was fine and the decor/rooms were spot on."

"The room was clean and had a kettle hair dryer but not the usually attention to detail . The water completely on day one was not refilled day 2 . No little amenities as complementary nice tough would have been a nice. I did not have breakfast this time. The spa was well kept well maintained. Perfect city centre location"
